As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the company’s technology vision, platform strategy, and innovation roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and execution. He heads the Data Practice, driving data engineering, advanced analytics, AI/ML platforms, and governance to build scalable, outcome-driven solutions for enterprises and US SMEs.

He brings deep expertise in Pre-M&A technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration, assessing technology landscapes, scalability, cloud readiness, and cybersecurity risks. He also specializes in establishing Offshore Development Centers (ODCs), enabling cost-efficient, compliant, and scalable offshore teams that support sustainable growth and expansion.

Mr. Mohamed Feroze leads Quality Assurance, Data Practice, and the Center of Excellence, driving delivery excellence, operational maturity, and scalable governance across offshore programs. He specializes in functional, automation, performance, accessibility (WCAG-compliant), and non-functional testing for enterprise and consumer platforms.

He brings hands-on expertise in NFT platform validation, AI/ML model assurance, and data quality initiatives, while also playing a key role in scaling the Data Practice. An expert in setting up Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) for US SMEs, he enables compliant, cost-effective, and high-performance offshore teams that deliver long-term value.
