Role Description

As our inaugural Product Owner, you will serve as the voice of the customer and act as the critical connector between strategy, delivery, and technology. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and leadership to define priorities, translate requirements, and guide teams in delivering high-impact automation and AI-driven solutions.

This is a high-visibility role and an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys operating across both strategy and execution, and wants to help shape what product ownership looks like within a growing organization. A small amount of local travel to client offices will be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and priorities
• Manage and continuously refine the product backlog in alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with Project Managers to balance delivery timelines and business outcomes
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and reviews within Agile frameworks
• Measure and communicate the impact and value of delivered solutions
• Help evolve internal processes for scalable automation and AI delivery

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role
• Experience in automation, AI, or software delivery environments is preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega) or AI platforms (Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.) is a strong plus
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
