Role Description
If you’re passionate about sales, client engagement, and building meaningful business relationships — we’d love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and executing business strategies to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing accounts, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and developing strategies to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong expertise in Business and strategic planning
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales
- Strong background in cold calling and lead conversion
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Added Advantages
- Proficiency in Punjabi / Gujarati / Arabic
- Knowledge of French or Spanish
- Prior experience or internship in the EdTech industry
